This is the heart of who we are as a company. As owners of Scholar's Choice, and parents of four children, we understand the concerns parents have about product safety.

We are committed to our customers safety and to the well-being of the families we serve. We want to reassure you that we take this issue very seriously, and that the safety of the toys we carry is always of the utmost importance.

Our goal has always been to deliver products that are of the highest quality, bring educational learning and play value to the child, and that stand the test of time.

Scholar's Choice purchases products from distributors and manufacturers that do not put price before quality, materials, and workmanship. Testing of toys that meet or exceed international standards (ASTM - North American and EN 71-European) is critical to the process of making high quality toys. Many of our suppliers also further test in independent laboratories to ensure they comply with applicable safety standards and laws, including those for lead and heavy metals.

Scholar's Choice requires vendors to provide safety reports and documentation on products listed. These reports are kept on file, and available for reference in our office as necessary.
